"When we are here for 8 days we are so happy with the staff they are polite and really accommodating i love the restaurant the chef at the buffet breakfast specifically the chef who do the eggs, they are really good waiters over all we had a lovely stayed, when i left my shorts with my important things in the pockets its so easy o communicate with them straight away they emailed what i need.. thank you for the 8 days of fun and relax stayed. The only thing i noticed is theres no limit of smoking...

"Tutto perfetto. Hotel di altissimo livello e centralissimo a taksim. L unica nota negativa è che la sera col rientro in camera è sparito il mio caricabatterie. Probabilmente qualcuno delle pulizie ne aveva bisogno. È stato un episodio spiacevole e increscioso perché l ultimo giorno l ho passato senza caricabatterie. Ho dato un voto in meno solo per questo motivo."

"Loved the people running the hotel, loved the uniqueness of this hotel, its trendy but not over the top. Loved the size and the decor of the rooms. I had booked three rooms for my family and we were treated really well. The breakfast is a treat and the Michelin star Nicole restaurant serves an amazing menu but its slightly expensive. I like walking so did not mind the uphill trek to and from the Tophane Tram stop but those who do not like walking need to think twice !"

"Excellent location, beautiful garden very close to the attractions large enjoyable pool, however we couldn’t use this time because of the small leak ,they emptied the pool, with last minute information, which we were already checked in, since this is an unforeseen event unfortunate there is nothing much to do. I highly recommend this property."
