"Our room was sleek, comfortable, and thoughtfully styled,cozy and elevated. However, one noticeable downside was the service at the breakfast restaurant, particularly from the female staff. Unfortunately, they lacked warmth and hospitality, often coming across with a dismissive attitude. A simple smile or friendly demeanor would’ve made a big difference, especially in the mornings.
