"The place could use alittle update, but overall I liked my stay the pool bar was fun to sit out and have a drink and liked the activities the hotel offered like karaoke and shoptalk with the free ride into the shopping/downtown area! Taxi’s or a rental car is necessary at this location."

"We had to ask to change rooms, due to lock not working on front door and sliding glass door wouldn’t open properly and wouldn’t lock. Everything worked properly in the new room. We were unable to use the water sports due to the amount of seaweed on the beach. Otherwise the staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee shop was great and the food was good. The hotel is located in a pretty convenient location and it was nice and quiet."

"The breakfast service was extremely slow . They were only staff with three servers so it took about 30 minutes before some one recognized us . They did apologize. The hot food was quite cold . The gym needs some tlc , but on the whole the staff was great . I booked a deluxe room and should have received a bottle of wine upon arrival. "The Ritz was a wonderful stay. We booked the club room which I highly recommend because it makes dining so easy + open bar all day for those who care for it. You are 15mins away from a 20min ferry to St John's to explore those beautiful beaches as well. The staff was super friendly & helpful, & the property was spotless. Very nice fitness center/ pool/ and 4 restaurants on site. Highly recommend and will definitely return!"

"My room wasn’t cleaned daily, Monday my room wasn’t cleaned and the bathroom was wasn’t cleaned at all. I had sand in the tub from when I went to the beach on Saturday and there is still sand in the shower. I didn’t get any clean towels on Monday and had to call the front several time and finally received around 9 pm"

"Beautiful hotel with amazing views and a great atmosphere. The property is well maintained and the staff was wonderful. My only concern was the large number of iguanas and the amount of iguana droppings around the grounds. Addressing this issue would make the experience much better. Overall, a lovely stay. The villa was perfect for big family . Have everything and the laundry perfect."

"There were many problems here. Plywood laying on my balcony. Dirt on walls. Every door is rotted at the bottom and they have dirt all around the door handles. The outside area looked like it hadn’t been trimmed. The funny part. Not really funny but they sent someone to pick up the plywood on the balcony and the guy came into our unit with the code and without knocking while we were in bed.
