"We were there for a week. Great resort with tons to do. Beaches were awesome, amenities were plenty and food was delightful. Really enjoyed the trip and the vacation. Deffinitly worth a return trip."

"Most of the staff were friendly. For the most part everything was clean. The hotel rooms need to be cleaned behind the shampoo dispensers and the floors in the common areas of the hotel room should be swept as sand gets tracked into the rooms. Food is pretty good. "

"Pictures provided to Expedia are completely out of date. Don’t be surprised when you show up and nothing looks the same.
Friday at 8:30 the DJ was set up about 25’ outside our door and there was a residual 65+ decibels in our completely closed room. Luckily they stopped the music at 9:30, but it seemed to progressively get a little louder.

"Staff members were EXCELLENT overall. The room was not always cleaned properly but the staff were quick to fix and problem solve.
Breakfast was tasty but not many vegetarian options.
Unfortunately the Wifi in the room was terrible and the only way for us to get a tiny connection was by going outside the room.
The receptionist named Star was the Best!"

"I loved the size and location of Bolongo Bay Resort, and there were no sounds of roosters. My ocean view room was calming and relaxing. I loved looking at the water and sky. To me, the food was amazing. The bar did an excellent job making the non alcoholic drinks that I ordered, and I absolutely loved the breakfast, lunch and dinner choices at the Oasis and Iggies. "There were some rude employees especially the ones in the gift store in the resort and the golf kart drivers. And if you needed a shuttle to take you to your room wait was about 10-20 mins it’s ridiculous they need to get more drivers and shuttles"

"Be sure to have breakfast; it is delicious, nutritious, and the view is awe-inspiring. I had several cups of the ginger, mint lemonade- wow! I didn’t spend much time in my room. But it was nice to come back to a clean one. Staff are very friendly! One could not ask for more and get it."
