"This property needs some preventive maintenance. The elevator door makes very unnerving sounds and is not very smooth. The staff was very aloof and did not seen to be comfortable in their jobs. Room was good."

"It took us 25 mins to get checked in. No one was at the counter, had maintenance man try and find someone and couldn’t. Called the phone number listed annd NO ANSWER. After finally getting checked in, our shower had hair stuck on the wall. The shower was a slow drain so you stood in water as you showered. "

"The breakfast was great! But the pool was too cold for the kids to enjoy. There was a Mexican restaurant and a KFC within walking distance. Self parking. Cleaning staff was and able to quickly accommodate my request."

"I am not sure the sheets had been changed. There was mascara on two of the pillow cases. The toilet had toilet paper in it that had not been flushed. I always bring sheets with me or I would have left the hotel. Would not recommend."

"The woman at the front desk was a gem! So sweet and friendly, she even came up to help us with the t.v! Our room was fine, refrigerator and an alarm clock, comfortable bed. The bathroom really needs an upgrade. It was a wheelchair accessible bath, but quite rundown. No counter space or shelves for your personal care items to be set down while you get ready. "
