The location is incredible for low traffic volumes but proximity to Earls Court subway lines (to airport and on main District line). Rooms were small (no chairs to drink morning coffee) but bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I would definitely return."

No extra amenities except for a coffee shop in the lower level and the vending machines for drinks did not work. They were short on pillows and we had to ask several times for a couple of extra pillows. "The entrance of the hotel is sweet and pretty. The location is wonderful because it’s right next to the underground tube station and very central in Kensington. That was the best part of the hotel, the location. However, I stayed on the first floor and the AC barely worked. The air was blowing well and you couldn’t adjust it. I should’ve complained, but I didn’t and at checkout, I let them know and they didn’t seem to care. I should have complained before. So if you find the AC, not working...

However, I will say that this is probably the quietest hotel that I have ever been in, which was unexpected in the heart of London.
