"Property had been thru a recent flood and the entire first floor was unusable. Nothing was posted on Expedias site about hotel having damage. There was no breakfast, pool or really any amenities. Room was very dirty. we bound hair and other things on the pillows. the carpet on the floor was very dirty looking and had multiple stains."

"…imagine if you pulled up to the front desk at 10:00 at night and were told that they had given away your room and had not contacted anyone! I had made the reservation on the previous Monday for a Friday-Sunday time frame. AND with no assistance other than the clerk pointing in a direction and saying there are hotels that way…"

"I enjoyed my stay at the Baxa Inn and would stay there again. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was fair. However, the ice machine was broke, the bathtub did not have a plug for bathing, and it was very noisy in the mornings. There was a construction crew working directly behind my room."

"Friendly and helpful, easy to find, and just an all around nice place to stay. Room was larger than some higher-star hotels offer, everything was clean and in good condition, and even though the place is on a main street through town it was incredibly quiet. Will definitely book here again when we visit."

"Room had a dirty wine glass outside door. Cleaning staff left cleaning supplies in the room. Door would not shut on its own. Was also hard to open when it was closed."

"Good room. Check in went fine. Parking was full, had to park in the large mall parking. Place was full. No person in the office when we left. Room was at the very end of hall. Shower was good. Needed to turn on heat."

"This place is a complete dump. Filthy, the outside is not maintained at all, trash everywhere. People are living there. In and out all hours of the day and night. Loud music and people being loud right outside of our room. This place looks like it should be condemned."

"Clean room. Great staff"
