"Arrived at 01:20am .. staff were quick and friendly at checking us in… Beautiful clean fresh bedroom ready for us .. Great hot shower and wonderful breakfast.. Will be staying again in a few weeks .. The best hotel at Stansted by far .. Bravo .."

"The staff are very friendly and helpful, from reception to the restaurant. The room was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom could do with a better clean but everything else was fine. The shuttle bus to the airport is quite helpful if you are not driving."

"The shuttle ride from the airport to the hotel was a major deciding factor when choosing this property. However, that could not compare to the cleanliness of the rooms and the options for dining when considering a stay here! It was perfect!"

"Very friendly staff"

"Very basic accommodation. Ok if you have a flight to catch but that’s about it. Room was very dated and carpet heavily stained. Although bathroom clean and bed comfy."

"Excellent place lovely breakfast"

"If your looking for an overrated hotel then this is your place!!! Reception staff on arrival grumpy as hell! Reception staff when leaving very nice and helpful shame they wasn't working when we arrived! Overall wished we had just booked a Premier inn that worked out cheaper with decent beds aircon and all that...

"Towels were tiny, bed was not good and the pillows wwre"

"The hotel is undergoing a renovation at the moment, but the rooms and general areas are clean and quiet, the staff in the bar - restaurant are most accommodating, the food is cooked to order but the wait is well worth it the food produced is excellent. Defiantly recommend the food."

"I liked everything"

"Fabulous manor with great character and lovely grounds. Pond with fountain. Close to Hatfield Forest Park. Great trails to walk."
