"Pas de problème de stationnement. Parking fermé. Si vous voulez que votre chambre soit faite, il faut le demander à la réception ... cette prestation étant comprise dans le tarif j'ai contesté. Donc vous pouvez rester 3 jours, pas d'aspiration de moquette, pas de lit de fait, pas de reassortiment de gobelets. Bref, se sera mon dernier séjour dans cet hotel."

J’avais une petite chambre mais c’était parfait pour mes besoins. Très sécuritaire et super bien situé à deux pas de la basilique du Sacré-Coeur, du métro et des nombreux commerces et cafés locaux. Je recommande !"

"Check in was terrible as there was no one at reception for 15 minutes, then gave me a BS excuse. The window could not close shut because the curtains were stuck behind them, so we could hear the outside noise until 5am. The lights in the hallway should be dimmed after 11 pm so people remain quiet. Bring your own air plugs and towels as they are not provided or offered. The buffer breakfast was in the entry hall and not as advertised based on the pictures."

"There was an empty glass water bottle on the ground in-front of my door upon check in. The room didn’t seem like it was just cleaned. I paid a lot of money for 1night for an Eiffel Tower view room. The view is obstructed and I wish it would have detailed that in the description because I would’ve booked somewhere else. The front of the property is under construction so it’s very loud. "

"Really good location to most of the attractions. The staff was excellent. They made sure our stay smooth. My only gripe is the hotel did not have air conditioning. luckily the weather was a little cool and we had a room that had a patio, so we were able to open the window. And the tub in the bathroom has one of those half shower doors so the water gets all on the floor. Other than that, I would recommend "
