"We stayed one night on Oct 1st, nice and clean hotel, helpful staff.
The only thing that I didn't like is that they changed the room before we arrived as we were 3 people. I booked a queen and 2 twins room online and they changed it to one queen and one twin. Me and my son are big guys and it was not comfortable for us. They let us do 1 hour late check out instead. Next time I will make sure they don't change the room as I paid more for the bigger room."

"Cleaning crew was fantastic!!! Our room was cleaned everyday. The front desk was always helpful and friendly, and got us checked in a little early upon our arrival, which was really nice after 24hrs of travel. The daily breakfast was a highlight for sure.
The only thing I was disappointed in were the gym hours they don’t open until 7am so makes it hard to get a workout in if you want before catching early trains, tour buses, etc…….Also I was unaware it wasn’t included for being a hotel...

"My wife accidentally left behind a silver Pandora bracelet CHARM (dangling) with a Van Cleef-style charm and a small diamond, which was a birthday gift and holds significant sentimental value for her.
After checking out, we called the front desk immediately to report it. We even walked approximately 30 minutes back to the hotel, only to be told that housekeeping had checked the room and did not find anything.
We are quite disappointed with how the situation was handled. We are confident that...
