"On 27th September 2024, I booked a stay at Hôtel Les Demoiselle through Hotels.com, only to find that the hotel was closed upon my arrival. This left me distressed and without a place to stay. Clearly, I did not receive the service I paid for as the hotel was CLOSED. So I contacted Hotels.com and Hotel Les Demoiselle for a refund but the hotel have refused to give me refund, they have also offered no justification for this. I’m still shocked at their audacity but it’s clearly a scam. The hotel...
