"Amazing room with lots of amenities and free Netflix. Staff were super nice. Hotel central and good value for money. Perhaps a little more focus on fresher breakfast chia etc. but overall excellent. Well done"

"We arrived at 4:30pm and the lady, Renee, at reception told us that we had enough time to make it to the complimentary wine tasting at Shadowfax. It was 5 minute walk. We completed check-in and walked quickly over to the wine tasting. We expected them to turn us down or act like they didn’t want to serve us. The gentleman who led the wine tasting was so accommodating and didn’t treat us like we were running in last second. For that, we did buy a bottle when we probably wouldn’t have otherwise....
