"Friendly staff, nice room in general. Getting to the facility was difficult due to recent traffic changes. Despite instructions, I got lost almost every time returning to the room. Bed matress was very well worn, body indents present on each side, probably time for a refresh. Pillows were flat. Large roach in the shower and bug bites while in the room, hopefully just mosquitos."

"Pleasant stay at Hahei. The location is strategic, walking distance to the Hahei Beach. The Studio is nice, it has a small kitchen and dining table for 2 persons.Since my stay was not in peak season(Winter time), it was quiet at night and you can hear the waves sound from the beach.
Overall, recommended!"

"Greeted with warmth and kindness, fully prepared for having a dog and the facilities were spotless.
Great location and perfect for a dog.
We will be back and have shared our experience with family and friends."

"We stayed only one night but I really think this is a place you would want to spend a couple of days to get maximum benefit from everything on offer. Only issue was the soap dispenser in the shower ran out of soap while I was in the shower (last one of three to use it) other than that enjoyable stay."

"My overall experience was very pleasant. From the outside, the building appears a little dated, but once inside, the atmosphere is completely different. The room was welcoming, comfortable, and had a homely feel, which made for a relaxing stay.
The room itself was clean, spacious, and well presented. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were particularly accommodating when I asked for directions to Woolworths and were happy to provide guidance.
