"Friendly staff, nice room in general. Getting to the facility was difficult due to recent traffic changes. Despite instructions, I got lost almost every time returning to the room. Bed matress was very well worn, body indents present on each side, probably time for a refresh. Pillows were flat. Large roach in the shower and bug bites while in the room, hopefully just mosquitos."

"Pleasant stay at Hahei. The location is strategic, walking distance to the Hahei Beach. The Studio is nice, it has a small kitchen and dining table for 2 persons.Since my stay was not in peak season(Winter time), it was quiet at night and you can hear the waves sound from the beach.
Overall, recommended!"

"Greeted with warmth and kindness, fully prepared for having a dog and the facilities were spotless.
Great location and perfect for a dog.
We will be back and have shared our experience with family and friends."

"Parking was a nightmare. Not too mention having to pay $20 a night just for parking. Really hard to get in and and when there's other cars.
Hot water from the tap was so boiling hot i actually burnt my hand.
Room was really spacious and bed was confidant enough.
Didn't feel confidant having showers there.
Apart from that. It is a good location with lots of food places free wifi. No cooking facilities that i could see. Just bar fridge and kettle. But not sure about other rooms.
