Cari Hotel di Wales

"Fab food , room, bed and bath. Altogether wonderful"

"The TV remote didn't work for the first couple of days we had to wait for maintenance breakfast not to much of a selection"

"Great place to stay, friendly staff, great location, if your looking for a weekend away I would highly recommend The Mill hotel, it ticked all the boxes for me !"

"Nice rooms, easy parking. Have a night porter who was very helpful. Have stayed before and would be happy to stay again."

"On arrival they took too long to allocate a room, the staff where not friendly, apart from the lady in the breakfast room. The room was clean but tired looking. Bed comfortable, breakfast good, suppose to be superior room but only a seaview difference from standard. Main problem was the reception staff who couldn't be bothered to welcome visitors or look up from what ever they were doing to interact with guests"

"Staff excellent. Breakfast great Rooms very very nice. Stayed last year but this year showed a massive improvement. Had a room downstairs far superior to upstairs. A little noisy around 130 am but nothing you can do about that. Staff considerately and diplomatically moved non disabled parking guest out of disabled space. Very thoughtful. Definitely recommend it. Will be back. Receptionist on duty 830 am last Tuesday was exceptional."

"A lovely historic hotel in a splendid setting."

"the best part of the property was the convenience to the train and bus stations."

"Great stay in Chester city centre location really handy for dining out in the evening and shopping"

"Lovely hotel for a quick trip to Wales celebrating our mums 86th birthday. Loved the history and, though somewhat dated, the rooms were comfortable."
