Parking is a bit limited and with narrow bays door knocks may be an issue but overall this is a great place to spend a break in Llandudno. "

"Warm welcome and beautiful room. Ate lunch in the Nelson bar on my own while waiting for partner to arrive and was made to feel comfortable and welcome. Same waiter on the evening - George. He was chatty funny and even sung for us - a fabulous member of staff. The room was beautiful and spa experience was fabulous. We especially enjoyed the live piano music on the evening with a cheeky cocktail or two! Will definitely stay again! "

"Staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. Bedroom was lovely, spotless and well stocked with toiletries. From the outside the building looks a bit scruffy and in need of a coat of paint. Big job tbough, i appreciate that. However, when you're inside, you can't see that! This was my first stay there, and I will definitely book again. "This was the perfect location for us to stay to be able to visit Cheshire Oaks, Chester Zoo and Chester, just 10mins drive from each. I avoided hotels in Chester due to lack of easy parking options but this one was great. Really nice rooms, clean and modern with lots of amenities. Breakfast was good, plenty of hot and continental choices. We loved the warm cookie at check in too - a nice touch! Staff were all very nice and friendly."
