"It was ok for the price we paid, the room was basic, no hand soap, but towels, bedding very clean..room was dated, a little dust around but again for the price we paid didn't expect 5 star luxury...very handy for venu cymru, 5 min walk...car park £6 for the stay, but we're informed though checkout was 11 we could have left the car till 1.."

"The staff were friendly on arrival and willing to help with queries . The room was stifling hot the window wouldn’t stay open to its intended maximum opening and the fan was pretty useless . The room was small, and bathroom Internal so that was unbearably hot . We went to use the pool after checking opening times to be told no one could use it as there was glass in it . Breakfast was ok ."

"The hotel is under construction, but was not aware till got there.we were put in a standerd room with so basic and faced the carpark, the room we booked for family was on the ground floor way down the back end of hotel property. The hotel is a rabbit warren and we we not compensated at all. We at least should have had the parking fee waivered for the state of the hotel. Could not get out of there quick enough."

"TBH the location and staff is amazing. The biggest problem is the property itself. I am not a difficult person, I can tolerate broken fan, terrible WiFi, falling curtains (which all happened within 10 mins of my arrival, now I look back it might be a sign) because the staff tried their best to help with these issues. What I cannot tolerate is in the middle of my shower, the tab went broken and the water went boiling hot and burned me terribly. I have to wait for the help with soap all over me,...

"Extremely disappointed, ruined what was meant to be a special event for my mother 90 years old. The room was in choking state of poor cleanliness. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, walls , sink and even on the Courtain and the balcony area. It felt unhygienic and uncomfortable to be in. The breakfast was terrible, completely greasy and unappealing. For a place that should be like a treat, this place ruined my special special occasion for my mother 90 years old I have taken photos of...

"Great location, however service not the best. Our luggages were sent to wrong room, ac had a tiny leak. But location was the best, staff were friendly and kind, offered us drinks as our luggages came late"
