"Paid what I thought was quite a premium price for two nights stay here. Actually paid an extra £40 to upgrade room and given the quality of the room we got I am glad we did. You know when the owners of a hotel are sweating the asset when you immediately notice the smell of cleaning detergent, cheap bedding, no plastic bags in bins, wafer thin toilet paper. "Proximity to centre of Stratford was excellent. Room was a good size, clean but slightly dated (I think that there is refurbishment work going on at the moment). Really good value for money and added bonus of cheap parking and electric charge points in the car park. Would definitely stay at the Swans Nest again."
