"Booked a triple room. They had to put in the extra bed. Tried to charge us for it but we insisted we had already paid for it. They finally let us have it for no extra cost. Facilities good. Breakfast Lavish Staff- Indika greeted us each time we returned to the hotel. Was very helpful overall Good hotel for families"

"Enjoyed our time at Terrence Green Hotel Spa. We stayed the one night however, was able to enjoy a slower morning with breakfast and coffee at Salt Restaurant on main floor and even squeezed in a 30 minute foot massage in rooftop Spa Secret. Excellent service from the staff. Only feedback would be the hair dryer not working and air conditioner turned off every 5 minutes which led to a very humid and warm room."

Transportation to Negombo is via tuktuk, driver Asim polite and exceptionally kind (provided tour of Negombo and a short errand for salt and Type G adapter for my travels, Amagi Aria has universal outlets but the rest of Sri Lanka has Type G). "They supposed to pick up us from the airport and it didn’t happen, we paid taxi at midnight to go there and no one single explanation why they didn’t go. Rooms, swimming pool and gardens good, clean and pretty"

"I had read some not so great reviews before leaving however I found Amora Lagoon a lovely hotel. It is a hotel in another country so things aren’t always going to be exactly what you expect from a local hotel however I found it quite pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, the pool was clean and beautiful, the room clean and comfortable with air conditioning and only a few minutes drive to the airport. The shower pressure in two of the three rooms we stayed in was not fantastic but again...
