"Great place for a weekend getaway"

"4th floor room was clean, cool and quiet, even facing traffic. Slept quite well. Shower was nice. Breakfast was quite good, hot scrambled eggs, sausage patties, yogurt, coffee."

"The Hampton Inn & Suites in Yonkers was clean and peaceful. They're was plenty of parking. I spent one night there for my birthday. My room was upgraded to a Suite at no cost to me. Not because it was my birthday but because I did not need the two queen bed room I booked. The continental breakfast hit the spot. It wasn't too heavy. I would book there again."

"The only thing was the smoke detector was chirping all day and night (room 326). Lloy-Ann replaced the battery and it didn't help. She did offer to switch out our room, but we declined. Otherwise, we loved our stay. That's our hotel any time we are in White Plains, NY, for a church convention. We highly recommend. Thank you, Baymont by Windham staff. God bless you. "Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid this hotel. Giving it 2 stars because the room itself was okay I booked a five‑night stay and had a travel delay, so I called the hotel repeatedly to let them know. No one ever answered. I had to contact my third‑party booking site, and they were able to reach the hotel’s reservations department, who noted my late arrival. "Broken outlets, bathroom door would not close, dirty floors, damp everywhere, smelled of mold in hallways. Bathroom sink smelled STRONGLY of sewage. Made me throw up, it was so bad."
