"This was a magnificent stay! The hotel is perfect!! Amazing location, excellent service! Rooms are comfortable and spacious, I recommend this property for anyone that wants to have an historical and enchanted stay!!!"

"We had to keep asking for towels and washcloths. Ran out of toilet paper. Swimming pool was closed for some reason but we would see a family swimming daily. Charged $15 per day for parking which I found insane. Staff was nice but the stay could’ve been a little better. I just don’t think I’ll ever stay there again."

"The room was large but stark. It lacked furniture and a place to put luggage - no luggage racks and no dresser. Ironing board was a table top version but no place other than the floor to put it. The king bed was mushy and caved to the center. Bathroom was old and small and needed a deep cleaning. A/C worked well and the staff was pleasant."

"My room was next to the back entrance of the building to the parking lot. Throughout the evening and night, I could hear the slamming of the door. I woke up to the noise several times even with earplugs in my ears. Not a restful night."

"The front desk staff Kritina on the evening shift was amazing. The property was clean but dated. We had four people, a king with a sofa bed and the sofa bed was essentially springs covered in cloth, no one should be asked to sleep on that regardless of the price of the hotel room. The hotel needs to get all new sofa mattresses. The front desk staff very kindly upgraded us to be able to all sleep in beds."

"I was in a room 214 just above a space for guest to socialize. Very noise conversation at 1:00 AM, 7:00 AM onwards, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Plus air conditioner unit was not working. Free breakfast should have ample sitting space, but it was always overcrowded. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. I did update front desk, but they had no solution except say "Sorry". My suggestion layout for breakfast common area should be designed well with pleasant experience for...

"Well, it’s almost as if on the weekend the hotel doesn’t know it’s a hotel but the rooms are spotless. The property is the most beautiful property I’ve ever seen, but it’s very arbitrary if they want to serve food that day or not or even if the bar is open and signage is just terrible but other than that, it really is a fabulous location a fabulous price and a fabulous hotel"
