"It was quiet and clean … a nice place to stay."

"The staff was wonderful. Very welcoming and helpful. We requested a first floor room and it was just what we wanted."

"Room was very clean and updated. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions."

"No interaction with staff except for an envelope on the door"

"Property was all decked out for Christmas! We were greeted by the owners, room so comfy and warm and in winter in Iowa that's important, fresh delicious breakfast too!"
