"It was extremely clean! The shower was nice as opposed to a tub. The beds were fairly comfortable and it was quiet all night. My only suggestion is to provide a mini fridge/microwave in each room."

"We got there they couldn't find our reservations. They said your room is in that door ( meaning the middle of the building) go up the steps and your room is first door on the right. So we go to the room. The door sticks and have to bump it open. Got in went to the bathroom 2 dead cockroach's on the floor. Told my husband and he isn't happy. I go and tell them about the roaches and that we seen another one on the lamp alive. They said I will tell them to spray the room. I asked about being moved....

"Unfortunately, my experience at this Red Roof Inn was extremely disappointing. What started as a normal stay quickly became uncomfortable due to an interaction with staff that left me feeling unwelcome and uneasy. I understand that hotels have policies and that staff have a responsibility to enforce them. However, I believe there is a respectful and professional way to handle situations with paying guests, and unfortunately, that was not how my situation felt. Although I was not directly told...
