Hi Domonique,Thank you for your feedback. The hotel offers all of the standard hotel amenities, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash & make-up remover in all of our guest rooms. In addition we provide a complimentary deluxe continental breakfast. We wish that you would have alerted the desk that you were having a problem with the TV we would have been able to resolve that very quickly for you.
