"This hotel was dirty. The room wasnt swept, our room didnt have carpet and the floors even felt nasty when walking on it. There was dried pee behind the toilet in our bathroom. We had 1 wash cloth and 2 towels when arriving to our room. Then i tried to get more and they brought me 2 towels and that was it for the whole trip. We booked through Expedia and paid ahead for 3 night stay. NOT 1 time did they take our trash, bring new towels, take our old ones ect. The beds were uncomfortable and one had a dip in the middle due to being so worn. The Sofa bed was UNACCEPTABLE/UNSAFE, theres springs poking out of it, no cushion at all, straight springs, I took pictures of it! The tv made an awful static noise. The front desk has a sign out non stop saying they are away from the desk. Breakfast, well there is nothing, and if there is, its a mess, not maintained or refilled, and unsanitary. This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at! Every floor has an ice machine, and EVERYONE is BROKEN! The pool is so packed you cant move, the chlorine is so high it burns your eyes just to sit in the pool room area. Total waste of money and straight disappointment! "

"The room was absolutely disgusting, no tv remote, phone was broken, when i asked Receptionist fir a tv remote she was to busy on her phone to even notice me then i asked the house cleaners if they had a tv remote no one spoke English? Then one guy that cleans yells at me what room are you in so i said it's ok it didn't matter so he yells again and i replied its fine i dont want a tv remote as i didn't like his attitude and as i stroed into the elevator he says fuch of then? Really thats how they treat there guests, so i packed my bags and lrft the hotel and had to find another one, so absolutely will never stay in that place again."

"The first room that we had which was 411 was not properly clean because unclean counter top and pet hair window cushion by the window. Then we were transferred to room 417 and it was clean on the outside, hehowever when we opened up the cabinet, there was still empty carton of beer under the sink area. Along with a heavy smell of marijuana that fill the whole room. It just lets me know that the housekeepers did not clean in either rooms do thier job. there was no desginated place for smokers. so we had to endure it while wait for our ride. I will not put any of my guest there even though the front desk clerk and mainatince was there to help. it was not thier job however they came to see and help "

"Stayed for the weekend, not bad but not great. It’s an old hotel that was updated but only so much you can do. Nothing majorly wrong but our room was more like death by a thousand paper cuts. Huge gap at the bottom of the door, toilet wouldn’t stop running thermostat stuck so room was blazing hot all weekend, 3rd floor ice machine had mold in it. Upside is that there is a fantastic little diner next door that serves an amazing breakfast, which definitely beat the 1/5 continental brrakfsst served at the hotel. Staff was nice enough but seemed bothered to be there and generally uninterested in their job. Probably poor management creating a bad work environment, if the condition of the hotel was any indication. "
