"Great location in a shopping location and not in the craziness of Queenstown centre. Plenty of food shops and nice coffee close by. Love the happy hour and restaurant facility. Lovely staff. Great room, bed, pillows, bath condiments etc. always stay here when visiting Queenstown ."

"I decided to book a last minute holiday to Queenstown and chose to stay at Kamana Lakehouse. Super clean and helpful, bubbly staff. The only negative is the construction happening near the hotel, making too much noise in the mornings however this is out of the control of the hotel itself. Breakfast options had too many options that contained nuts."

"Beautiful room in a beautiful location. The room was very luxurious and well equipped, you couldn't ask for any more. The only negative would be if you only offer a King bed have a King mattress not two singles together with a topper covering the join The staff were very helpful and friendly"

"I enjoyed my stay. Although parking was quite tight. I also was disappointed, because I had an EV, that I wasn't informed that there were charging points available. I only found these by chance. Great location, just put of Queenstown. But nice and close to Airport and good shops nearby. Apartment was well stocked with cutlery."

"Came back after 9 years, the place is still magical as it is. We stayed in Pisa 1, and this place now has free wine tasting and a hot tub where we enjoyed.. Best hidden secret, ill stay here longer next time :)"

"My friend and I had a great stay at this hotel, which is perched on a hill with stunning views of the mountains and Lake Wakatipu. The lakeside studio room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with a handy kitchenette that came in useful for late night hunger in winter. Overall, it was an excellent stay, though a more modern TV would have made the in-room entertainment even better."

"Everything about this place is great, staff, location, and the room was tidy and warm. My only issue, which is more for other people is that the hot water in the shower doesn't work very well. The hot water on the sink tap is fine, but the shower struggles even for lukewarm. Luckily, I shower cold most of the time anyway, but others may not like it. Some pics just before I left"

"Wasn’t my best experience this time. No furniture that made it easy to continue work or even have a meal there which I found odd. Booked a mountain view room which I did not receive. I would reconsider if I would go back again. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and tidy."

"Relaxing short stay in a beautiful area of New Zealand - the room was clean and spacious, staff were relatively friendly and helpful. It was a short walk from the rooms to the main reception area and restaurant for breakfast, which was delicious. Would've been nice to have some sheer curtains or blinds to be able to let some natural light in without people being able to look in from the outside, but overall we had an enjoyable stay and hope to return again."

"We came during June so site was relatively quiet. But this park is very nice. Gorgeous view from every cabin of the mountains and facilities are very nice. Kitchen area is clean, spacious, and has a nice sitting area with a TV. Location is nice and central. Cabins have good heating for when it’s cold as well."
