"Paid for two rooms, but one of the rooms had a bad smell. They said theyd take care of it while we were out for dinner. I came back to the room unannounced to an ozone machine running at 8:30pm. You cant be in a room with ozone running for a minumum of 4 hours and in most cases its recommneded 24 hrs or more with limited airflow, like in a hotel. The night manager, minimized it and would not give us a dofferent room or money back. "

"The room needed multiple repairs. The bathroom door did not lock or stay closed, the thermostat did not work do it blew hot air, then cold all night, the water for the shower stayed Luke warm and never got hot. This place needs maintenance. "

The breakfast was basic breakfast-fare The toaters didn't really toast the painfully mediocre bagel. Room needs more power outlets for this traveler in 2026 While the room was clean, it was tough to really tell because the lighting in the room was poor.
