"Every staff member we met was extremely kind, the hotel was beautiful. Our room was clean and spacious. Great location & great rate so close to the mall. We were there for a cheer comp downtown but it was only a 20 minute drive. Would definitely recommend & stay here again."

"Everything was good, however i booked this particular hotel for the indoor pool for my grandkids ages 3 and 6 this way they could have some relativesrelaxingtime before bed. The pool was closed for the weekend. Next time I'll call the hotel to make sure the pool is up and running. "

"The water pressure in the bathroom, specifically the sink & the toilet was inadequate. I stopped up the toilet, apologies to housekeeping. The bed was really soft - it was an effort to get out of it. The chairs and sofa in the lobby were low and well passed their prime and also difficult to get out of not in a good way."

"The room was clean. However the walls are thin. The people in the adjescent rooms could be heard walking (above) or talking next door. The beds are incredibly comfortable which makes for a decent night sleep minus hearing everything going on in rooms next to you or above you. The fridge in thr room was loud while on so it needed to be turned off throughout the night. Few amenities. Breakfast (not free) was bare minimum. "

"The room was perfect for the 3 of us. Staff were friendly, breakfast was pretty good (get an omelet!) Room got pretty stuffy so use the air conditioner. Fridge was more like a freezer so be careful with food and beverages. TV only had about 10 channels and the picture was awful. "

"Breakfast was great and the room was spacious. Wish there were more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. There was only one and it was about to come out of the wall. The elevator worked fine but it closes way too fast and closed on us several times in our trip while we were getting on. "

"I liked having a kitchenette to use when eating. Room was clean, but no amenities in walking distance from the hotel which sucked. The hotel is extremely close to the freeway, so rooms on one side of the building can hear all of the traffic at all hours. I do not think I would stay here again."

"Fast and easy check in with friendly staff, even showed me how to check in with my phone which I was not aware of, decent breakfast for the money."
