"Great stay, as usual at a Hampton, in Roswell. The hotel and grounds were clean and well kept. Only issue was that most encounters with the staff could have been more welcoming and helpful; and my wife waited over 10 minutes at the desk just to checkout - and that was at checkout time. Perhaps the hotel could have a backup in place during those busy morning hours."

"The location is perfect, close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoy the amenities and awesome breakfast. The reason I'm leaving a negative review is during bathing my son in the late evening, he pointed out to the side of the toilet and asked if that was poop? Mind you I'm a foot away from the area and question and can confirm it was poop from a previous guest. My husband talked to the manager and no rooms were avail to move us. "

"I went to lobby around 7am for breakfast and there was only coffee, orange juice, waffles to eat. All the eggs, sausage, and bread were gone. I asked the front desk, and he said they will not put out any more. So the reason I chose this hotel was the breakfast and I didn't get any. So I'm really disappointed ."

"Had a very nice stay here with our dogs. I was surprised by the size of room for the price. We had a 1 bedroom suite and the whole room had recently been remodeled with nice name brand amenities (e.g. Samsung, Cuisinart). Also the campus had lots of area for our dogs to walk around. The staff was also great. Photo’s on the listing accurately reflect the rooms. You can tell some of the property on the campus is currently under construction but it did not interfere with our stay at all. We will...

"Breakfast and parking great! Big issue with check out and check in. The front desk did not charge for incidentals during checkin, however, during checkout, the front desk charged the fee of $100.00. This charge was never discussed until check out! This after staying there for 7 days! Complete Negligence by this property?"

"The owners were very nice and accommodating. The ice machine was out of service, but they gave me ice from theirs whenever I asked. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. While they don’t have breakfast, there’s a coffee and juice machine. The location is great. "
