"The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hot-tub was broken and unusable. When we were there. We also booked on the assumption it was a free breakfast but the restaurant does charge. We would stay they again."

"Everything was very private and no one bothered you if you didn't want them to. The room was very nice and big and clean and perfect for our week long stay. The parking lot was very well lit so it felt very safe. Also had a great breakfast and right next to coffee shop if you wanted to get something else in the morning. Also great late night snack options in the vending machines!"

"We always stay at aloft Cincinnati Dubai and now in Buffalo it was always a very comfortable stay Beds and pillows were very comfortable An iron in the room would have been nice But otherwise 5/5 stars"

"Worst Hampton Inn experience. The bathtub won't drain and I ended up standing in a pool of water while taking a shower. The shampoo bottle was not attached to the wall. The phone wasn't plugged in. The TV has no internet nor apps. At breakfast we had to wait for 15 minutes for some omelets. There were only 2 luggage carts for the entire hotel. The pool had hand towels, not body towels. The staff was very uncaring. We wouldn't be staying here again."

"We chose the hotel for its proximity to the thruway & the jacuzzi tub. It was not working & we had to call the desk. They were going to see if they could move us to a different room but discovered the maintenance man was there. He came relatively quickly but had to leave for a new nob for the control. Once in the tub, I discovered that 1 of the jets lacked a cover & was sucking in not shooting water out, resulting in a sore finger. We did love the courtyard, bed was very comfortable & staff...

"Outside looks fine. We arrived at 1am and was told the room is not available. Booked a room with 2 beds and got a king bed instead. On top of that, it was still cold out and there was no heat in room. Thermostat setting was to 75 and room temp was 61 the whole night. My kids got a bit sick the day after. Booked as its close to the airport. Big mistake, will not return."

"Stayed just one night, price was very reasonable. Had to leave early, so didn't get a chance to see the breakfast options, may be next time if we come in town will try to book again."
