After two nights I called the front desk to ask if they did daily housekeeping and was told "yes" but my room hadn't been touched after 3 days. Booked a suite, wound up in the Honeymoon suite... embarrassing.. the shower drain was full of black hair and held water ankle deep. The dual sinks also held water and took several minutes to drain.
