"The rooms were clean and neat. The beds were nice. No issues. The bathroom was clean. The staff was very friendly. They said hello each time I entered the hotel. The parking was good. No issues with that. My family and I enjoyed our stay."

"Out off 6 reading lamps on the room only 2 worked. Plug to alarm clock was bent and didn’t work. Check in was a bad experience. Everyone had to wait in lobby then rushed in to the desk exactly at 4 pm. I never experienced that at any hotel."

We checked in and immediately found that our room had no curtains. Called front desk and they graciously moved us to another room. Even though we were trying to get ready for an event that we were late for due to flight delays, we were told we had to do it NOW so someone else could be checked into the room (without curtains). "Room was nice & clean. Staff was polite & helpful. Pool & jacuzzi were nice. Breakfast was good but need more staff to help. Only had 1 women and she was doing the best she could. Felt bad for her. It was very busy and as quick as she replenished and put things out… it was emptied. Would definitely stay again."
