"The size of our unit was perfect for our family and very nicely decorated; the food at Osteria Sierra (in main hotel) was great; the whole property (hotel included) is amazing and Incline Village is a quiet small town on the nothern part of Lake Tahoe. The only downfall is that we stayed for a weekend and we didn’t get fresh towels after the first night. "

"Check in was easy, even though it was virtual check in with no front desk, communication with the hotel was good with detailed instructions and they replied all my questions very fast.
