"The room and bathroom and bedroom was very clean. So is the kitchen. The staff is also extremely helpful. Unfortunately, in our first room, the microwave did not work at all so they switched us to another room where there were two microwaves. One did not work, but the other one did work. Also, our first room seemed to have all of the pots and pans that we would have needed in the second room. So I guess if you need pots and pans and cups and things like that at the front desk because...

"Pool area was very crowded, the hot tub was packed with kids. No toys are allowed in the pool at all. Very short staffed.Breakfast very basic.Elevator out of order and because the hotel charged me for early check in and shouldn’t have it took 2 hours to get checked in."

It was nice to be the only one to use it during spring break; however, if you don't know much about Platteville. There aren't many things to do. Suppose you are not visiting someone in Platteville. Dubuque, Iowa, is 30 minutes away. There are a lot more things to do there. "

"The breakfast was amazing and the convenience of being connected to the conference center was great too. However, the rooms were not very clean and the facility and rooms are very outdated. The cleaning staff was friendly. The front desk staff were not very helpful or friendly. "

"The room was great, but the pool was soso. And the pools mechanical broke down during our stay, which ruined our child’s mini vaca. Then we were woken very abruptly and way too early in the morning by a smoke alarm. Not a very good impression. "

Our room key stopped working and the man at the front desk was unapologetic. The elevator was jerky and the door barely opened. The food was cold and unappealing. This hotel should be shut down or the price should be dropped significantly."
