Stayed on third (top) floor. Very quiet. No traffic noise from highway. Comfortable beds. Good bathroom Nice towels. Decent breakfast. Hot oatmeal and scrambled eggs and of course the standard Belgian waffle maker. Yogurt, apple sauce, string cheese. Like most hotels though there were not gluten free labeled items.

Thank you for staying with us! We do have gluten free options such as Cherrios and fruit. I will keep that in mind for the future.
We really enjoyed our stay at this Comfort Inn. We read reviews and this one seemed to get the best ones and now we know why! It was very clean, was a large room with a couch. We were very impressed with the huge vanity and mirror as you walk in. It is the sink and vanity area for the bathroom and was a great use of the space! We would definitely stay there again!

Front desk man didn’t bother to stand or barely look at me when I checked in. When I came looking for ice maker, he stayed on his phone (sitting on lobby couch) and told me it was on third floor. I was on first. Friendly service mitigates third floor inconvenience, but there was none. Also, pool out of service. Not a biggie for me, but if I had children, it would be serious!

Rest assured that is not the impression we want our guests to have. Unfortunately, our pool is closed for renovations. It is advertised at the hotel and on all of our websites. We are working diligently to get up and running as soon as possible.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only thing I noticed was that the hair blow dryer would not stay on the wall. The screws wouldn’t hold it. Also some of the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling off.
The hotel only had 1 ice machine and the clerk at the desk said it hadn’t worked in over a month. I reserved a suite and got put into a “pet friendly” room. The tv in the room wasn’t working correctly and when I spoke to clerk about it, they brushed it off. I am in hotel EVERY week for work and this has got to be one of the worst ones I’ve been in. I will not be staying at that comfort inn again.

Ms. Angie, I truly apologize for your experience at our hotel. Our Ice Machine hasn't been down for a month, and we do have ice available for our guests. There is a sign on the machine that states that as well. I take these issues very seriously and will be looking into them further. I hope that you will give us a chance in the future to remedy this experience.
Good stay overall. Booked a stay at a hotel and made sure they had a pool so my kids were very disappointed when we checked in and the pool was closed. Bathroom was very clean and nice but room had a dirty nasty sock under the corner of the bed and nightstand had a sticky coke can ring on it from previous people but fridge was clean and beds were nice. Large tv was nice and pillows were comfy.

Everything was great. I couldn't believe they had breakfast on Christmas Day. We told the staff how much we appreciated it.

The room was very nice, clean & comfortable. There were two issues though….The drapes would not pull to cover the window and there was a lot of light from the parking lot. Also the direct tv box was mounted on the back of the tv stand so you had to get up to point the remote behind the tv stand to change the channels.

Thank you for staying with us. In regard to the curtains, we have three sets of curtains. The outside stationary curtains, the sheer curtains and the solid white blackout curtains that are behind the sheers. There is a sensor that's a little black box on the front of the tv that sense the remote to change the TV. I apologize for the issues you had during your stay.

We was put on first floor at first and it smelled like bad went to desk to ask for a different room and was informed that first floor was for pets and we had no pet so was moved to third floor ! Room was ok but very out dated ! Time for a remodel!

Unfortunately, our awning was damaged by a moving truck. We are working on repairs. Our pool is closed for renovations, I am glad my team took care of you during your stay!
Good breakfast options and plenty of restaurants around at walkable distance. They have 2 Tesla destination chargers which charges at 32 miles /hr and other charging options.

The hotel was the perfect base for our week at the Amateur Nationals at Loretta's Lynns. The staff was always friendly, the rooms were clean and well appointed. We'll be back next year!
