"Overall, the hotel is well maintained and the restaurant offers a beautiful view. However, our bathroom drain was clogged, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The room was also very warm, with no air conditioning, and the small windows made the space feel cramped. While the property is nice overall, the room itself was not as comfortable as we had hoped."

"لا انصح بالاقامه بالفندق لانه لايوجد به تكييف ولا يوجد به نوافذ والغرفه من الداخل معزوله وبها دفايه كانك داخل فرن وزودوني بمروحه ولكن لاتفيد ممكن ينفع في الشتاء فقط ولا ينفع لانه لا يوجد به بلكونه للاسف ولا يوجد خدمة تنظيف للغرفه"

"The staff throughout the hotel and restaurant were fantastic, all very helpful and friendly. The hotel rooms are great and quiet and the restaurant has excellent local food options, it also seemed popular with locals. Breakfast was great and the free coffee in reception a good start to the day. The hotel is perfectly situated 10minute bus ride away from Thun and with the Visitors Panorama card this is a free journey. We stayed 3 nights and hope to return soon."
