"The hotel was not well maintained. To start with the positives…the gym and pool area were nice. As for the negatives…none of the charging outlets worked in our room, the tub was dirty, pancake maker wasn’t working, the water filler was broken and many breakfast items were not available. The hallways were not vacuumed and there was an unpatched hole in the wall of our room. The staff was very nice but due to the hotel being “overbooked” (not entirely sure how that is possible) they could not...

"The hotel was ok. I picked the location to be like a central hub for my local visits. There were some things that bothered me. First was the smell outside and inside. There were some faint smells of mold and even smoke. I was out most of the time and blasting the AC did help. The worst was some of the customers. The first night there was an argument in the hallway at 3 AM between a man and probably a daughter or girlfriend. It went on for 2 hours but I woke up on the last hour. He wanted...

"Breakfast and unlimited coffee was great. Nice lounge area inside and out to hang out outside of room. Pool was clean as well. Staff was exceptionally helpful and kind."

Door has been broken down before, and the hinges and security latch were hastily bolted back into the wall, they are not secured. Worst stay I've had anywhere in the US, including other motel 6's, capsule hotels, hostels, etc, across the country."

"I’ve always loved the residence inn, this one was my favorite location so far! The lobby when we walked in was so nice and clean, very helpful staff. Our room was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was amazing! We got the studio room, it was very spacious and clean, my 1 year was able to roam free with 0 worries of her getting into something or getting hurt. Would absolutely stay here again in the future!!"

"It was an okay hotel. The fact that it is a homeless shelter w/ripped screens from the windows, clothes hanging in the windows and nondescripts hanging out around the property smoking and doing god knows what. The room smelled of urine with stains on the couch and the mattress. The shower was not throughly cleaned. There were pubic hairs in the shower as well as on a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower rod. I would not stay again nor recommend. Staff was nice but just not our type of...
