Check in clerk helpful, room clean first day, good breakfast, parking great. Improvements: staffing should bring towels each day along with making beds, phones not working if you need something. When you’re up in age your body tires easily. Thank you all. God bless

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They let us check in early which we really appreciated. Enjoyed the pool as well. Food and drink prices were high. Great area to be located in, near museums and Rice University. Also appreciated the free shuttle within three-mile radius of hotel.

Alles was gewoon top, behalve tv’s. Die werken met een systeem wat niet echt gebruiksvriendelijk is. Maar verder was alles aan appartement uitstekend. Tip, gebruik de Star Parking in de Fanning Street, verreweg de goedkoopste in de omgeving.
