"The room was way cleaner than anticipated honestly very surprising, sheets felt genuinely clean and the AC worked well, breakfast was good, and continuously maintained, and the staff was really nice, would definitely go there again!"

"Me and my husband stayed 2 nights this past weekend for father’s day. We love hyatts because they're always clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, this is our first bad experience with one. When we walk into our room there was still garbage on the floor under the table, hair on the toilet, and a bug under our sheets. Not the absolute worst hotel I've ever seen but we left very disappointed."

"We reserved 2 rooms a month ago, asked to be nearby instead were on 2 different floors. Room 2 had sand in the sheets and dirt on cover. Called front desk, was given new sheets, wrong size and had to change ourselves since room cleaning gone for day. Front desk should have offered to change the bed!! Other room was fine. Breakfast was really good, very well kept up with refills. Breakfast room could have been bigger."

"Our room was dark and the light on the wall was not working. There was a standing lamp but no outlet to plug it into, so we made do with two desk lamps. The bathroom was a little shabby but the bed was comfortable and clean and the woman at the desk was really nice and friendly. The AC also worked well."

"Our room was very clean and comfortable. The grounds were very well kept with beautiful flowers and lights. Breakfast was good…very clean. 8/10 (for breakfast) .The girl at the front desk was my favorite part… she always greeted us with a smile and wave. Ask if there was anything we need each time! I would definitely recommend for a good price, clean, safe, friendly spot close to everything on CT shore line and activities."

"There were stairs at each entrance so luggage had to be carried, no ramp. Everything was pretty old looking although clean enough. The WiFi was pathetically slow and difficult to connect to. The breakfast started at 7:00 which was too late for me, I had to leave each morning at seven. It’s not terrible but I’m used to better."

"The stay was above superior with amenities such as free pontoon rides, happy hour with wine and cheese, as well as all day fruit bowl and evening cookies. All part of the stay. Breakfast is served restaurant style either in their seating area or outside in many scenic areas to choose from. This place is local to the main town with many places to walk, including the beach. The hotel also offers free bikes to ride locally to enjoy this beautiful bayside town. Worth every dollar."

"I'm sorry to say this hotel is aweful. The attendant was great so that was a silver lining. She tried to find a room that didn't smell so strongly of smoke. The room initially looked clean but we found hair balls and other "stuff" on the floor. The blanket had cigarette burn holes, see picture. When you walk barefoot you had to clean your feet, it needed to be mopped. There's also people living in rooms for extended periods, plants, bbq grill etc. They're trying to do some things around the...

"Good value for money. We stayed 9 days in total and felt very confortable and safe. Room, fridge, microwave, and sheets were clean. Room interior also looks nice."
