"Room was nice. Pool area needs attention. Fitness room had 4 broken machines. Orange juice on buffet was gross. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Overall a good stay. "

"I believe I've already reviewed this property and the absolute a terrible experience that was had. From the snowstorm and the not plowing to the charging $50 to use a shovel to the horrendous staff that is extremely unwilling to help for accommodate. I can go on and on and on but I will not"

"There was what looked like blood on the wall in the room. The rug had a chunk cut out of it. Everything looks like it was last updated 40 years ago. The breakfast was cold and soggy. But the staff was nice and the bed was comfortable. "

"Paid $280.00 for a room that was probably worth $99.00( and that’s being nice)..This is a dated hotel,lobby is from the 80’s,the room we were given had wallpaper unglued in spots,the bath had stained ceiling tiles,the tub drain didn’t work( the drain plug wouldn’t stay up resulting in having to stand in you shower water),the cracks around the floor were caulked and dirty.The chair in the room was ripped and old,etc,etc…Bottom line? Choose a different hotel if thinking of staying by the casino.."
