"The breakfast is absolutely terrible. I’ve been to many hotels with with free breakfast and never seen something so terrible. The eggs were watery and legit had water in the pot. The oatmeal was soupy water. And the Canadian bacon was a piece of ham barely cooked. And the French toast forget about it it’s just a piece of bread that they put some butter on and heated up. And the coffee just gross. Don’t let me mention that restaurant on property it’s nasty. It’s the same cook who makes the breakfast. Half way thrown together food"

"I've stayed here twice now, so I feel that I can definitely give an enthusiastic positive review of this motel. I visit this area regularly, and I've stayed in at least 6 other hotels and motels nearby. This is the first one I've gone back to, because it checks all my boxes: Great Location (it's near the highway on/off ramp, it's close to a ton of different shopping, restaurants, and touristy sites, it's easy to enter and exit the parking lot), Well Maintained Property (the grounds were spotless, and staff was seen regularly cleaning up the guest areas), Extremely Clean (both rooms I stayed in were spotless and smelled fresh/clean without having a chemical scent), Friendly staff (friendly and attentive during check-in, and greeted me throughout both my stays, even asking if I needed anything), Safety (This, to me, is the most important element. Because I am sometimes a solo traveler, it's crucial to me that I feel safe in the place I'm sleeping. The parking lot is well-lit, and all locks on windows and doors were secure! Additionally, because this property is sort of stand-alone and not near other structures, it feels a little less likely to attract a wandering weirdo!) On a previous trip, I stayed in a room with two beds on the second floor, and on my most recent trip, I was in a room with one bed. Both rooms were spacious with lots of surface areas and spots to put my belongings. The mini fridge and microwave are also extremely handy to have! "

"The older gentleman was very slow at check in but was very nice. The toilet was very old and warped. The ice from the ice machine smelled and there was rust underneath. Seems like the place needs to be updated. "

"The breakfast was pretty standard for that type of place but they had no fresh fruit and they ran out of coffee for about 10 minutes during breakfast so that was a bit disappointing"

"Don’t waste your money in this hotel. I spend one night here and did not get a minute of sleep. The hotel is not soundproof. You hear everything and anything. The housekeeping staff was screaming, banging and laughing throughout the hallways. If you’re on on the 4th floor you will hear the guests walking around their rooms. The hotel room ceiling felt like it was going to erupt. The phone in the room is just for display because it didn’t work/ my child hurt her toe in the broken tiles in the bathroom and when I approached staff in the am they were not attentive at all and could care less. This hotel is a complete garbage"

"Service was excellent. Room was clean and spacious. Location convenient to exploring Harkness Park and surrounding shoreline. Would stay again in a heartbeat!"
