"First off. We loved Todd at the Eclipse lounge and it was the only reasonably priced drinks our entire stay in Florida. Todd alone gets above 5 stars. The Nashville sandwich was really good, too. I feel thst you need to make sure you're in the main building for your room or it's going to feel more like a motel experience. "My granddaughter and I planned a trip to Seaworld. This hotel isn’t the closest to Seaworld, however there were amenities at the resort for both of us. There was a bus stop right outside the resort. We were able to ride it to Seaworld and Aquatica. The food at the bar and grill was good."

"We paid for our stay through Expedia, but the hotel still charged our credit card multiple additional amounts without explanation. Even after we informed the staff that these charges were incorrect, more money was charged again later. We did not use any extra hotel services or make additional purchases during our stay. This situation caused unnecessary stress and wasted our time trying to resolve billing errors. Be very careful and monitor your credit card transactions closely if you stay...

"The room was clean, we had a beautiful view of the pool and the flamingo pond, occasionally a glimpse of a giraffe or Wilda beast. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The landscaping around the premises was lush and beautiful. "

"Even though it’s close to Disney, it’s definitely not Disney service. Staff was completely overwhelmed at all stations, from check in to restaurants, for Memorial Day weekend. Maybe they are better during off peak demand."
