"Everything in the hotel was great, except the breakfast set up. The waffle maker should be at the end of the line and not the middle because it's confusing, it looks like you are skipping people already in the line. Some people get upset and it makes the line to go a lot slower."

"Clean room but had to keep asking for towels and toilet paper. When asked for towels once they left them in the hall on the floor in front of our door and not in the room. Lightning in bath room was not bright enough to shave or put make up on."

"The hotel itself is nice. The rooms are a little dated. The cleaning of the rooms definitely needs improvement. They give you bath towels that are ridiculous and very thin. They are child size, not adult. Pool towels are not the best quality either. The pool area is nice. Next to the lake so very pretty to look at. Staff is nice. Valet is right on top of getting your vehicle in a timely manner. We would stay here again! Hopefully they can improve on the couple negative areas."
