"We recently stayed at this resort and had a mixed experience. The property was clean and the staff we interacted with were friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated.
However, it felt like the resort cuts corners in ways that impact the overall guest experience, bringing it down to about a 3-star stay. Housekeeping never came to our room during our entire visit. We were also only given five pool towels for the duration of our stay and told we’d be charged if all five weren’t returned at checkout, with no easy way to refresh them.
Our suite had a Keurig, but no coffee or creamer was provided. The on-site shops didn’t open until 8am, making it hard to grab coffee or breakfast if you’re trying to get an early start. Their closing hours also seemed inconsistent.
The most frustrating part was the resort app showing the restaurant and grill as closed. We ordered DoorDash ($130), only to walk past the restaurant and see that it was actually open.
Overall, the resort has potential, but the small cost-cutting details and inconsistencies take away from the experience"
