"The staff and very nice, check in was easy, got lost getting to my room but that was my confusion. Staff pointed me in the right direction.
Downfall was my coffee pot was not cleaned (previous person old coffee pack was still in the pot).
Will stay again "

"Check in was a disaster! I had booked the room 6 weeks ago with a 3rd party. I book this way all the time for our hotels when we travel. The day before our arrival I got the usual welcome letter from the GM of the hotel stating check in times and amenities etc. Upon check in, the front desk clerk said my reservation had been canceled by 3rd party. I had confirmation number, proof of payment, all the necessary documents. She was insistent that I was wrong. She offered to book me a new room. The...
