"Rooms need to be updated and cleaned better. It is also hard to get in contact with the front desk to report any issues."

"First off you can ride the water slides with anything on you! No earrings, no cloth bracelets, no plug gauges, no nose rings nothing. Second I paid for a tye dye shirt and they let somebody else get it and it took 15 min to get a refund and I’m not even sure if the refund was done correct! You buy a cabana for 180 you get 12 drinks that’s it! No free breakfast! I will not be coming back! The slides are not worth taking everything off to ride. The staff obviously can’t handle selling items without handing out wrong ones! You have to pay for everything literally everything, game room have to pay. 700 dollars just to stay for 2 nights but you get 100 back! It was not worth it! Not worth the stress at all! "

"The rooms are very spacious, clean and inviting. Perfect for a family vacation. We had a 2 bed/2 bath condo and it served our needs spectacularly! Fully accommodated kitchen (there are the tools to seriously bake a cake if you wanted to) in addition to a washer and dryer which came in handy! They even supply laundry soap! The pool and atmosphere were wonderful for a family! Now if you’re looking for a super posh (with regards to decor) hotel suite as a couple, maybe not the place but we LOVED this property as a family. My one complaint (and this seems to be common in many hotels recently) is the ensuite bathroom does not have a door. Why? Why? And why? Bathroom privacy is paramount - it does not make people closer! Ha! Just so you’re aware. The staff here is second to none. I’ve been to very posh hotels and the service here outshined them all! Thank you to all the staff for being so genuinely amazing!!"
