"All the staff other than those working at the front desk could not speak English.
Anytime you asked any of them a question the response was no English.
Breakfast was supposed to finish at 9 am but some items that finished by 8:30 was never refilled on most days."

"This was our second time staying at the resort. I love the resort and all of the amenities that it offers. Although this time in our house, the carpet was old and dirty, along with the couch. It was extremely dirty with visible stains. All of the white sheers that hung from the windows were also dirty."
