"Definitely returning here again and making it staple when staying in Orlando , customer service was outstanding, pool sauna and hot tubs was very clean and tidy. The whole hotel smells like luxurious perfume . And morning breakfast options was perfect. Rate 20/10 "

"Many things to do, beautiful resort with many dining options. I live the free laundry and kitchen in rooms. 2nd time ive been here and didnt dissapoint. "

"This was probably one of my favorite Florida vacation locations. They did great at when we needed to extend our vacation. They added the day so we didn’t have to switch around rooms. The staff was very nice. Very kind. The facilities were clean. The beds were clean. We really enjoyed it and will miss Florida because of this location. The pools and Tiki bar close a lot due to weather, but as for our own safety. I have zero complaints we did get some looks when we went to the Kinsey‘s restaurant...

"The hotel was very clean. This property has many activities and amenities. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast options was ok. My only problem was the hot water not working in the room I had but they switch me to one that worked fine. "
"The only major problem is getting on the main highway. Other then that nice quiet area kids enjoyed their vacation & the room was spacious enough for our family of 4."
"It's a little worn but it's solid.
2 sink setup with a second outside the bathroom serving as a little kitchen ishs space paired with microwave and fridge."

"Property was clean inside and outside really liked that the room had a kitchenette the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and liked the fact that breakfast was included. I would definitely stay there again. "
