"It was so nice "

"We began staying at the grove many years ago when it opened. Since then, cleanliness has declined, and many rooms (we've stayed in the last few years). need serious fixing and upgrading (cabinets and dressers falling apart, showers needs updating, hallways to rooms are constantly full of garbage people leave out, and overall dirt and grime) It is not what it use to be."

"Without doubt, one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed in. Staff constantly cleaning public areas, lifts, doors etc. Staff friendly and helpful. Car park around the hotel can get busy especially when returning at night. No tea towels in the room so difficult to dry items you’ve just washed. Breakfast very repetitive but good. "

"The bathroom was very small and there was a loose tile in the bathroom. Not the nicest hotel on our trip. "

"No complaints at all. We stayed in a villa which was perfect for our family of five. In room laundry was a huge plus for us! "

"The breakfast restaurant opened at 8:30 on a Friday- which was kinda late if you’re leaving early for the parks. Also it was a credit to the account rather than an actual breakfast. It is in a restaurant- not a buffet or continental. "

"The place was ok, i like the areas, i purchase this place because of the water park that i saw on the pictures, so, i though that would be a great idea to be there for a weekend with a small water park on it, and when i got there, it got me by surprise that i had to pay $25 pp to get access to that pool. Otherwise, i arrive to the resort at late night, i was happy because they upgrade the room, but, when i got to the villa that i was assigned, the door was open, so, i told my family to stay...

"Stayed for two weeks… Property is showing its age… it’s old but nice. Lots of unsupervised kids at pool… lots of people eating & drinking in/at pool edge… internet was spotty and was not functioning often … OK stay - not terrific."
