Omni Shoreham Hotel

2/10 Terrible

"Honestly I was shocked that this was the same four star Omni that is pictured. I ended up paying to check in and not stay at all. I left and stayed elsewhere. The property smelled extremely old and like mildew. The only AC was a motel style loud window unit. Even though the room was recently refurbished it was still extremely old and smelled like it. The hall was not redone at all. Stains everywhere. Children screaming up and down the halls. It was insane."

"This hotel just simply amazing. Everything is good here location, beautiful room and amazing service. People who worked on reception very nice and professional. I want to say special thank you to receptionist Asia she was super nice and professional and quick with me. Of course I will come back again and again here. Highly recommended"
