"Clean room, excellent AC. Very good hotel. There are some hotels in red deer in sketchy neighborhoods, i felt i didnt have to worry about my car at night, as the hotel is adjacent to a shopping strip mall. No water stations on site, except bottles for purchase. No guide on tv. Walls are thin, so bring earplugs. Other than that, i was pleased and will come back"

"The facility was very near everything you would want to do. Excellent. Park your vehicle and walk everywhere. The rooms were great. Lots of space for a family of 4. The microwave needed an upgrade. The breakfasts were great but be patient, the food needs refilling fairly often and the crowds are right up to 10 am. The food was excellent. The staff were super helpful. Overall I would recommend this facility for sure,"

"The front desk staff, both in the evening and the following morning, were absolutely amazing! Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Even a gentleman who I believe was part of the maintenance or cleaning staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, our experience with the restaurant hostesses was quite different. On two separate occasions—once at dinner and again at breakfast—we found the hostesses to be unnecessarily rude when we asked simple questions. Both interactions were with different hostesses, which makes me think there may be an opportunity for better customer-service training. Overall the hotel staff were wonderful, but the restaurant experience could definitely be improved."
