"Rooms were absolutely filthy with dirt, trash and mold abundant. No hallway lighting, leading to a significant safety hazard, especially at night. Deadbolt would not engage, which is another safety hazard. Pubic hairs found in bed. Gross just gross!!!"

"We stayed overnight after a long drive from Florida, the room served its purpose it was clean and quiet, a little outdated but didnt bother me enough to change a 5 star rating. Front desk man was really nice and helpful plus it was super affordable given the last minute reservation."

"We booked and pre-paid for 2 nights cause we came for the Ft Leonard Wood Army graduation. The clerk at the desk was excellent. You couldn’t ask for a nicer and helpful person. She got us checked in within 5 minutes. Found out the hotel is an old Motel 6 that has been there for 30 plus years and remodeled. The beds were comfortable along with the soft pillows. Bathroom was good and the shower was brand new. Did notice stains around the toilet. We turned the AC on and the air smelled stale....

"The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Pool was closed on day of arrival but opened the following day which th kids enjoyed. It’s not a big pool but kept the kids distracted for a bit. Our room was very clean upon arrival. They could use a new blow dryer, it was falling apart and in poor shape but not a big deal. Location was convenient for us as we were there for boot camp graduation, 6-8 minute drive to base. Overall stay was good and would recommend."

"When we first arrived the experience with the front desk was very helpful. But once we got into our room it was a whole different experience. We had a lot of black short hairs in the bed between the top cover and mattress cover. Then went to use the hideaway bed and the couch had a used cereal bowl in it. With No sheets or anything to use the mattress with. Went to use the bathroom and there was fruit loop cereal along with a dirty washcloth shoved behind the bathroom door. The hallway had...

"The service made up for anything the motel itself packed. Small extended stay motel, few services, and because I had booked online, the place was overbooked. Though, the service i was given made up for any technical issue that came up. They had been remodeling one of their longer term stay rooms that wasn't quite finished yet, so he asked if I'd be ok with it. The TV didn't work (I don't watch it) and I got to play with the AC a bit to get the compressor to kick on so it would cool off....
